Pr. George V. Joshua

March 25, 2012: Official Inauguration by Pr. K. Joy, Patron & Ex-President, IPC Delhi State.

Inception: Began with a humble congregation of 2 members in a classroom at St. Mary’s School, Dwarka.

Pastoral Appointment: Pr. George V. Joshua was appointed as the founding pastor of IPC Hebron Dwarka church.

Growth and Expansion: Witnessed remarkable growth during these years, welcoming many new members into the church family.

Spiritual Activities: Organized conventions, vibrant youth meetings, nurturing Sunday school sessions, and enriching women’s fellowship meetings.

We fondly remember the formative years under the leadership of Pr. George V. Joshua.

Pr. Sam George

Pastoral Leadership: Pr. Sam George, formerly Ex-Vice President of IPC Rajasthan State, assumed pastoral leadership of the church during this period.

Continuous Growth: Under the guidance of Pr. Sam George, the church experienced sustained growth and spiritual development.

Festive Celebration: Hosted a memorable Mega Christmas Musical Night titled “Anokha Pyar” in collaboration with P.Y.P.A. Delhi State, bringing the community together in celebration.

Spiritual Enrichment: Held regular youth meetings, facilitated Sunday school classes for spiritual education, and organized women’s fellowship meetings to nurture faith and fellowship.

Community Outreach: Actively engaged in meaningful outreach activities, including visits to old age homes and orphanages, reflecting the church’s commitment to serving the broader community.

Pr. Sam Thomas

Pastoral Leadership: Pr. Sam Thomas, then Secretary of IPC Delhi State, assumed pastoral leadership, dedicating six years of service to the church.

Continued Growth: Under the guidance of Pr. Sam Thomas, the church continued to thrive and grow both spiritually and numerically.

New Worship Space: Transitioned from the confines of the classroom at St. Mary’s School to a more spacious and accommodating rented worship facility in Sector 14, Dwarka.

Hindi Worship Service: Introduced a Hindi worship service to reach a wider audience and foster a deeper sense of inclusivity.

Community Service: Committed to community service, the church actively engaged in various initiatives, reflecting the spirit of compassion and outreach.

Spiritual Activities: Maintained a vibrant schedule of youth meetings, enriching Sunday school classes, and nurturing women’s fellowship gatherings.

Adaptation to Challenges: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the church swiftly transitioned to online services, ensuring that all aspects of worship and community engagement continued seamlessly.

Church Building Fundraising Initiative: Embarked on a significant church building fundraising project, recognizing the need for a dedicated and permanent facility to better serve the congregation and the community.

Pr. Lijin Babu

Recent Leadership Transition: In 2023, Pr. Lijin Babu assumed pastoral leadership, bringing fresh vision and dedication to our congregation.

New Worship Facility: Under Pr. Lijin Babu’s leadership, we have relocated to a new rented church facility in Sector 19, Dwarka, providing an enhanced space for worship, fellowship, and community engagement.

Efficient Pastoral Care: Pr. Lijin Babu efficiently oversees all aspects of the church, ensuring the spiritual well-being and growth of our church family.

As we embark on this new chapter under the guidance of Pr. Lijin Babu, we look forward to continued spiritual growth, meaningful community involvement, and a vibrant journey of faith together.
